Hi, I’m Coach Mags! (Margaret Altshul), and I’m passionate about helping women achieve sustainable weight loss and vibrant health. With over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and six years dedicated specifically to women’s wellness, I have honed a holistic approach that focuses on optimizing hormones and metabolism for lasting results.

I hold certifications in Precision Nutrition and Healthy Steps Nutrition, as well as multiple fitness and movement certifications. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in dietetics at the University of Arizona to become a registered dietitian. This allows me to continually integrate the latest scientific insights into my coaching, ensuring it’s both effective and evidence-based.

As a mom of two young children, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating hormonal shifts, pregnancy, stress, weight loss, and weight gain. After the birth of my second child, I successfully lost 20 pounds sustainably, and that experience deeply informs my work. I know what it’s like to balance a busy life while striving for health and wellness.
